Floor Plans and Rates
If you are not 100% satisfied with your apartment in the first 30 days of your Rental Agreement, Builders, Inc. will terminate your rental agreement immediately. Your security deposit will be returned to you less any money due for rent covering the days you occupied the apartment and any damages to the apartment. We want you to be totally happy living in our apartment communities. We put it in writing!
