Governeour Manor Renovation Underway

Construction is finally underway on one of Builders’ biggest renovation projects. The 180 apartment units at Governeour Manor started in Mid August. The project will see virtually everything inside the units replaced except for the sheetrock. New doors, windows, HVAC systems, appliances and carpet will all be replaced.
